In addition, the El Bolsón trail will allow you to have otherworldly panoramic views, while the Velo de la Novia (Bride’s Veil) and the Salto de la Leona (Lioness Falls) are beautiful waterfalls perfect for connecting with nature.

How to get there

How to get there by air

The nearest airport is Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago (SCL). From there, you must take a bus, rent a vehicle, or hire a tour to get to Molina, the gateway to the park. The distance from Santiago to Molina is about 200 km, 2 to 3 hours by vehicle.

How to get there by land

From Santiago, you must drive 200 km along Route 5 South to Molina (2 hours to 3 hours). From Molina, follow the road to Parque Inglés (55 km). The route is partially paved and then becomes gravel, so you must drive with caution, especially in winter. We recommend hiring a tour to the park.

Must-Know Tips

Plan flights, transportation, and lodging in advance to avoid setbacks. Respect the park’s rules: do not litter, do not make fires outside of permitted areas, and take care of the environment. The best time to visit is between November and April, when the weather is favorable, as some accesses must close due to snow during the winter.
