Fly to El Loa Airport in Calama (CJC), with direct flights from Santiago. From there, you must travel 100 km (1 hour 30 minutes) along Route 23. Another option is Antofagasta Airport (ANF), located 315 km (4 hours) away.
How to get there by land
From Santiago, you must drive along Route 5 North (1,530 km, 22 hours) to Calama, a trip that you should plan in several stages. From Calama, the final stretch is 100 km along Route 23 (1 hour 30 minutes), which you can do by bus, transfer, or private vehicle.
