Niebla
A castle in southern Chile
Niebla welcomes you at the mouth of the Valdivia River, merging colonial history and marine landscape. You can visit the Niebla Castle, a 17th-century fortress where you will walk among cannons and defensive walls with direct views of the Corral Bay. There, its site museum will immerse you in the strategic past of these coastal fortifications.
Another of its great attractions is the Feria Costumbrista, which will allow you to taste the authentic Valdivian cuisine with seafood and local dishes. Nearby, you can relax in front of the sea on the extensive Playa Grande or the nearby cove of Los Molinos.
