An out-of-this-world experience

Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley) will make you feel like you are on the surface of another world in the middle of the Atacama Desert. Sculpted over millennia by wind and time, this sanctuary of stone and salt displays a dreamlike landscape of dunes, craters, and sharp ridges. Its unique geography provides a setting of absolute silence that seems frozen in time.

The magic is unleashed at sunset, when the last rays of sun paint the mountains with a palette of violets, reds, and golds. Walking its paths at that moment is witnessing a moving natural spectacle, where the aridity of the desert is transformed into a work of visual art.
