From Santiago, the main access is Route G-25 (Camino al Volcán), which begins at the end of Avenida La Florida. Drive 50 km, a 1 hour and 30 minute trip that can be extended with high seasonal traffic. There are bus and shared taxi services that connect the capital with the Cajón del Maipo.
