How to get there by air
Land at Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL), the most convenient terminal. From there, the mountain village is 50 km away. You can rent a vehicle or hire a specialized transfer for the approximately 1 hour and 30 minute trip.
How to get there by land
From Santiago, access is via Route G-21 (Camino a Farellones). Drive with extreme caution on this mountain road with more than 40 curves. The trip lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes, but in winter the use of chains is mandatory and the time may increase considerably.

Plan your trip in advance to avoid last-minute problems. In high season, it is essential to book your accommodation and transportation well in advance. If you are traveling by car, remember that it is a mandatory requirement to carry snow chains.
