How to get there by air
The closest airport is the Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago (SCL). From there, you must rent a vehicle or take a direct bus to La Ligua or Viña del Mar to get closer to the coast. The approximate distance is 140 km and the land journey lasts 2 hours.
How to get there by land
From Santiago, you must drive along Route 5 North towards La Ligua or along Route 68 to Viña del Mar, and then take the coastal road F-30-E. The journey to these beaches is 140 km (2 hours). You can take frequent buses from the Santiago terminals to Papudo, Zapallar, or Maitencillo.
