Day 1
Nature, wines and flavors of the valley
Start your day with a light breakfast and then head towards the Casablanca Valley. If you are in Santiago, you should take Route 68 towards the coast, traveling 80 kilometers where you will see how the urban landscape gives way to agricultural valleys. Whereas if you leave from Valparaíso, you will have a trip of only 40 kilometers along the same route, which will take between 30 and 40 minutes to travel.
Prepare for an immersion in the world of wine. Head to one of the prestigious Casablanca vineyards, where we recommend hiring a guided tour to see its cellars and barrel rooms, ending with a wine tasting to delight your palate with the best selections of the vineyard.
To culminate the day, enjoy the local gastronomy in the vineyard’s restaurant, where the dishes are designed to pair perfectly with the wines of the area. In the afternoon, you can opt for a relaxing horseback ride or bike ride among the vineyards, watching how the sunset dyes the landscape of the valley with golden colors.
